At my age I didn’t think I could learn conversational Spanish. I have heard that it’s easier to learn second languages when you’re young. I work in production at a plant where probably half of the employees speak Spanish. Since I’ve been home recovering from a surgery to fix a work accident, I pretty much needed something productive to do. The best way to learn Spanish quickly is to go about it like you’re going to absolutely have to speak it. You learn a little and then immediately you start practicing and practicing until it is firmly in your head.
