Fluent in Arabic, Translation Certificate and best language degree?

I am a student who desires to be fluent in Arabic and eventually become an Arabic translator. My back ground in Arabic includes 2 semesters, Arabic 101 and 102, and also 2 semesters of being tutored by a native speaker. The college I am attending doesn’t offer the next course of Arabic I need so I have to take a semester off. I have tried to find a tutor but with no luck. Does anyone know of some good online course that are inexpensive? Next Question: Is it a good idea to get a translation certificate and if so from where? Or is it better to just have a degree in Arabic? Does anyone know of the best colleges to get a Arabic language degree? also a list of some inexpensive colleges with a Arabic degree would be appreciated. Any information you can supply would be great even personal experiences that don’t really answer my questions. I just desire knowledge. (sorry its so long)
