What is the best way to promote my Spanish and Italian language classes? ?

I have been paying a company for a year so that I can be on line , but this does not work at all. I use A UNIQUE METHOD and people see amazing results in just 6-8 months. Could somebody tell me a few different places ( including 2 or 3 free of charge) where I can successfully place my Website? Thank you very much for your help and time.
